Unbelievably hip bi-annual magazine Love has unveiled its third issue. Content aside, the front covers feature eight supermodels in their birthday suits. With absolutely nothing to hide.
Kate Moss will surely be the fashionista’s favourite, but the newly-engaged to David Walliams (yeah, I’m not sure what’s going on there either) Lara Stone has the curves to stand out from the other sample size models.
Amber Valletta, Daria Werbowy, Jeneil Williams, Kristen McMenamy, Naomi Campbell and Natalia Vodianova are the other beauties on show.
I’m not quite sure how Katie Grand – Love’s founder and editor – has pulled this one off, but I’m guessing not many people are going to be bothered to find out.
Fashion magazine? They’re not promoting any clothes. But it sure is stylish.

Gone are the days of argyle golf jumpers, Pringle of Scotland are a force to be reckoned with again. Cashmere stays, of course, but under creative director Clare Waight Keller the traditionally British brand has been brought kicking and screaming into the 21st century.
And OMG, you can have this rebranded label at a discount for the next couple of days only. Just thank those lovely people at Cocosa again. Honestly, you’d think I was getting commission for this, but nada. I just think it’s an insanely great website.

Cocosa. Remember the name. It is a phenomenal website that offers beautiful designer collections at a fraction of the price.
Collections go on sale at midday and run until everything is sold out. So put a timer on your computer screen. I missed out on some insane Alexander McQueen black lace shoes last week for £68 and have never forgiven myself.
You really can take home a Vera Wang Lavender skirt for under £50, Ann Louise Roswald cocktail dresses and Laura Lee charming jewellery at a remarkably discounted price.
So what are you waiting for? Get googling you bargain hunters.

On your marks, get set, go…
The Topshop collaboration season has begun. First up is Scottish-born Jonathan Saunders. He has created a simple, but beautiful, capsule collection of, but, five pieces.
His white T-shirt, denim pencil skirt and LBD are the perfect kick-start to a fashion snooze-fest January (even I’m bored of seeing every female of the species in Uggs these days).
And there is plenty more where this came from. With Ashish’s incredible spiked tracksuits (heels: a must), Richard Nicoll’s soft tailoring and Ann-Sofie Black’s slashed jumper dresses arriving soon, this is the start of something big.
And then for the most anticipated debut collection for Topshop… Mark Fast and his plus-size (10-12 – shock horror) influence.
Oh Topshop, with these designer collaborations, you are really spoiling us.

Christopher Kane for a tenner. Really. The Glaswegian’s massively successful Topshop collection has now hit the sale rails nationwide.
And I bought this incredible body con with lace cut-outs dress for the measley sum of ten English pounds. Yes it is in highlighter yellow. And yes, I did initially buy it for a neon fancy dress party, but no, I will not be taking it back.
It looks pretty phenomenal on. And even though I had to go to a regular party before the fancy dress, I got great comments even there.
There was a lot of staring admittedly, but just so long as you get your swagger on, this dress rocks.

Karl Lagerfeld has only gone and done it again. He has designed Chanel’s most wearable collection for many a-season and this biscuit-coloured doll dress, well, takes the biscuit.
It’s too perfect for words. But I’ll try…
The timeless Chanel quality is still there, but Lagerfeld has reworked the classic look into a fresh, youthful direction. His wonderful frolicking in the hay inspiration sure is evident. It’s even fit for fashion-forward Rachel Bilson.
And fit for me. I freakin adore this creation. The barely-there colour somehow looks even better with pale skin. My only concern (apart from the price tag, obviously) is how would the biscuit shade look with blonde hair. I’m thinking not as drop dead gorgeous as it looks of ol’ Bilson.
I’ll just have to do the hay-frolicking minus the dream dress…

Pop Boutique's got it going on
If your idea of vintage is circa 1987 Laura Ashley florals and granny shoes, then think again. Vintage is the way forward.
Never again experience the embarrassing ‘girl wearing same dress as me’ moment. There might be the odd ‘granny rocking the same cardi as me’ situation, but that’s cool, isn’t it?
My latest and greatest vintage find is Pop Boutique in Covent Garden. Although not a new venture – it has shops in Manchester, Liverpool and London – Pop Boutique is a glorious vintage fantasy at normal prices.
Hear that Rokit? Normal prices. Prices acceptable for second hand goods. Prices like £15 for a funky black skirt in gloriously soft leather. And £10 for a festival-friendly suede bumbag.
Both of which, I purchased on a perfect Saturday after gazing at the era that rocked in the Beatles to Bowie exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery. God I’m a cultural whore.
Pop Boutique also caters for the stylish men folk among us. The boy bought a wicked blue with orange-lining proper old school parka for £25.
This retro wonderland is also where I hope to find a one-off dress for the ELLE Style Awards in February. I have no chance of fitting in with those twiglet models, beautiful celebrities and Mickey Rourke in a high-street number, so this option is secret style plan B.
I promise to put the Laura Ashley florals down during my dress hunt. The granny on the other hand. She’s coming with me. “Knit woman, knit.”

Stella's charity tee
It’s official. Iconic British designer Stella McCartney loves GAP as much as the rest of us.
Not content with creating the cutest baby range ever, McCartney has teamed up again with the king of staple pieces. This time it’s in aid of the very worthy (Product) RED initiative, which creates awareness and money for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
The campaign was created by Bono in 2006, of course. What charity doesn’t he have an involvement with? God love him.
Forgetting the Bono link, McCartney has designed a gorgeous white T-shirt with red embelishments, which I just so happen to be rocking today. I went for comfort with my Stella, teaming with favourite blue jeans and the winter wonder – The Ugg boot. Little did I know, Uggs are banned at work, but my feet are thankful for my ignorance.
Two of the red faux jewellery strands are made from velvet and glitter, giving a glam-rock edge to an otherwise plain T-shirt.
And if one designer knows how to do subtle rock, it’s this lady. She is the Walrus. No wait, Happiness is a warm Stella. Wait, I’ll get this right soon… With a little help from my Stella. Sgt. Stella’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Oh forget it.

Textured Topshop cardigan
So, Christmas has been and gone. Turkeys have been sacrificed. Cakes have been munched. Board games have been won. Family arguments have been had. And now the sales have begun.
After a lot of scouting, I decided on just one sale piece (so far). And considering I was a shivering wreck of ice when I went sales shopping, I opted for warmth. With the added bonus of being damn cool.
I’ve had my beady little eyes on this Topshop number for a while now. However with the quality issue associated with previous Topshop purchases, I was skeptical of spending so much on something so likely to molt.
But in the sale it comes with a respectable 50% price tag – only £25. That’s a small price to pay for happy internal organs.
I bought this cardigan in a respectable black. I think its stylish. My boyfriend thinks I look like a crow. I don’t listen to him anymore.

“Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we’ve no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!”
But what to wear in this freezing weather? Pumps are not for the faint hearted and a dress is simply stupid.
My staple so far this winter has been leggings underneath my jeans and a gorgeous wool cardigan, knitted by my magical Granny.
However the footwear dilemma remains. As much as I love my (fake) Uggs, my feet are dangerously close to trenchfoot in these inappropriate sponges. And any form of heel, has me aquaplaning across the pavement.

The culprits
Then the good people at In Style compiled this list of snow boots and I was longing for another blizzard. Apart from the heeled Marc Jacobs wellies. Heels on wellies? I think Marc fell asleep in the crazy dust again. That’s the most ridiculous use of heels I’ve seen since poor Suri Cruise was forced by psycho parents.
The wool ankle boots by Ugg look the cosiest things since all-in-one pyjamas. And the Kors biker welly boots are simply divine. A great alternative to the classic green Hunters. And one that you can keep on all day at the office. Rather than switching over in the lift – a la me.
